I didn't even know where to start in telling you what I thought. That said, if you decide to do the self-employment thing, I have two ideas about how you could get surrounded. 1) get into an incubator. This is hard. One of the projects I'm tangential to here in Philadelphia is in one. 2) Join a co-working space. Do you know about co-working? Kind of cool.
