Most of the time, you just need to give people something to believe in. An idea, story, or hero is a good place to start.
The job inspires me to occasionally kick out email marketing trickery and other internet marketing ideas.
Finally, I sometimes recount my personal tales of trials, tribulations, and travels, but that's just extra credit.
