		<description>Molly, I think you're fine as if you are "collecting" skills, I'm assuming (hoping) you're taking ACTION. The moment you are taking a passive approach, you're missing the boat. I think the only fuzzy line is if you're ONLY reading to gain your skills/knowledge and you're one of those people that reads the same book for a year OR reads hundreds of books before they ever take any action with their newfound knowledge. 

If you are taking those steps to get to your desired impact, you're actively moving towards your goal. Anyway, I hear Rome wasn't built in a day...but I guarantee a hell of a lot of stones were carried each and every day.</description>

		<description>I think that's for you to decide. The idea is that the only moment you can truly impact is the one you're in right now.

This is not to say you shouldn't look ahead, but it IS to say you shouldn't dwell there too long.</description>
